Overview

The Office of Health Care Assurance (OHCA) Facility Map is a public web application created for the State of Hawaii Department of Health. It provides an interactive geographical map and public directory for citizens to locate licensed care facilities, inspect compliance summaries, submit complaints, and access Hawaii Administrative Rules.
